MANUFACTURING & EQUIPMENT

From component preparation to packing and loading

LIVI's knowledge base describes a production workflow covering material selection, forming and welding, surface treatment, component assembly, equipment checks, packing and loading preparation.

Materials, coatings, dimensions and test requirements are model-specific. The applicable specification must be confirmed in the current drawing and equipment list rather than inferred from a general factory image.

  1. 01

    Material preparation

Select steel, wire, sheet, drive and water-system components for the specified equipment configuration.

  2. 02

    Forming and welding

Prepare cage mesh, frames, supports and connections, with dimensional and weld-point checks tied to the design.

  3. 03

    Surface treatment

Apply the treatment stated for the selected model and inspect the prepared component surfaces.

  4. 04

    System assembly

Coordinate cage structures with feeders, drinkers, manure belts or scrapers, egg conveyors and environmental equipment.

  5. 05

    Functional checks

Review specified dimensions, connections, moving components, quantities and accessories before packing.

  6. 06

    Packing and loading

Classify components for transport, site unloading, inventory checks, installation and later maintenance.

INSPECTION FOCUS

Checks follow the selected system, not a generic claim

Inspection points vary with the product and automation level. Project documents should identify the dimensions, material treatment, equipment interfaces and acceptance items that apply.

  • Cage mesh, frame, support, connection and specified load areas
  • Feed, water, manure, egg and environment-system interfaces
  • Drive, belt, conveyor, sensor and controller functions where included
  • Accessory quantity, labelling, packing classification and loading list
  • Installation drawings, operating information and agreed support documents
