H-Type Broiler Cage System ABKE-009

The LIVI ABKE-009 is an H-type broiler cage system documented with a Q235 steel structure, a hot-dip-galvanized surface treatment reference and custom project configuration. The knowledge-base record lists 3–4-tier arrangements, a reference capacity of 102–136 birds per set and a 15–20-year design-life reference. These figures are not universal guarantees: the selected model, house layout, husbandry requirements, environment, operation and maintenance must all be reviewed before a final configuration is approved.

Verified product facts

Item Knowledge-base fact How to use it in a project
Record ABKE-009 Use the record code when discussing the product family; final drawings and equipment lists control the supplied configuration.
System type H-type broiler cage Confirm the actual tier count, row layout and house interface in the project proposal.
Structural material Q235 steel reference Confirm the material specification for the selected model and supplied components.
Surface treatment Hot-dip-galvanized reference Confirm which components receive the stated treatment in the technical schedule.
Tier reference 3–4 tiers Treat this as an available arrangement reference, not a rule for every poultry house.
Capacity reference 102–136 birds per set Final stocking and set quantity depend on the approved cage model, house plan and husbandry requirements.
Design-life reference 15–20 years This is a design reference rather than a service-life warranty; environment, use and maintenance affect actual life.
Configuration Custom project configuration A complete proposal requires site, house, flock and utility information.

How the cage fits into a broiler-house system

The cage is one part of the poultry-house equipment plan. A workable project must coordinate the cage rows with feed delivery, drinking, manure removal, ventilation, temperature control and the electrical-control arrangement. The knowledge base documents these as related poultry-farm systems, but their inclusion, model, quantity and control scope must be stated in the quotation and approved equipment list.

  1. Cage and house layout: establish the usable building area, row positions, tier arrangement, service aisles and equipment interfaces.
  2. Feed and water: align the selected feeding and drinking configuration with the cage model and row plan.
  3. Manure handling: choose and size the removal and transfer arrangement as part of the complete layout rather than treating it as an isolated accessory.
  4. House environment: plan fans, air inlets, cooling components, sensors and controls against the actual house and climate information.
  5. Electrical coordination: confirm voltage, frequency, phase, control zones and equipment interfaces before manufacturing and installation.

This integration sequence describes coordination work. It does not mean that every listed subsystem is automatically included with a cage order.

Project inputs needed for configuration

Send a consistent project data set before requesting a final equipment selection. At minimum, provide:

  • country or region and the general climate conditions relevant to the house;
  • broiler production plan and the project capacity target;
  • number of poultry houses and whether each house is new or existing;
  • internal house length, width and usable height;
  • preferred tier arrangement, if already defined;
  • available voltage, phase and frequency;
  • water source and feed-storage or delivery arrangement;
  • required feeding, drinking, manure-removal and environmental-control scope;
  • site constraints that affect delivery, installation or future expansion.

Where information is not yet available, identify it as pending instead of substituting an assumed value. This keeps the proposal traceable and reduces the risk of an equipment/house mismatch.

Frequently asked questions

Is 102–136 birds per set guaranteed for every ABKE-009 project?

No. It is the capacity reference recorded for this product family. The final value depends on the selected model, approved layout and husbandry requirements.

Can every house use a four-tier arrangement?

No universal tier selection is stated. The knowledge-base reference is 3–4 tiers, while the final choice must be checked against the house and complete system design.

Does hot-dip galvanizing mean the system cannot corrode?

No. Hot-dip galvanizing is the documented treatment reference. It should not be described as “no corrosion.” Site conditions, cleaning, operation and maintenance remain relevant, and the treated components must be confirmed in the technical schedule.

Is the 15–20-year figure a warranty?

No. It is a design-life reference in the product record. Actual service life is affected by the final specification, environment, operation and maintenance; contractual warranty terms, if any, must be stated separately.

Are feeding, drinking, manure removal and climate control included?

They can be coordinated with the cage system, but the website does not define a universal package. Only the signed scope, approved equipment list and project drawings establish what is included.

Request an ABKE-009 configuration review

Send the project capacity, house dimensions, country or region, utility information and required automation scope. LIVI can use those inputs to prepare a project-specific discussion; the final configuration remains subject to approved drawings and commercial documents.
